The Hunter by SentinelsMelody The Hunter by SentinelsMelody
Another Edward drawing is done. I still love him ^-^! And I think this is the first one I did which shows his whole body. I loved defining the muscles, trying not too make them too much, I don't like that;).

I had a little story in my mind while drawing:
I thought about this being Edward in his „darkest years“, when he was trying the „real“ vampire life, drinking human blood, you know^^? He's hunting, but he was just looking for his reflection in the river and I think he saw the monster in his eyes... that's why he's wiping the water away.
Anyway, I hope you like him here ^-^!

Done with a 3B and 4B pencil, 26x35.5 cm (I don't know what it is in inches, sorry...)

*Edit: Sorry, the scanner is just a little to small for the format I use. In the original there's a bit more of the background and the water.

That's totally how I would imagine Edward in his "dark years". Not willing to give up human blood, but despising himself for being weak enough not to stop...

Ack! I know, i'm annoying as shit, I've faved like, all of your work, but your truely are fabulous and you totally deserve it.

You are the only artist I've seen who has captured what I think he really looks llike. The dark under his eyes is wonderful, and you always give him an expression that's not completely stupid like most people do.

Thank you so much!! .aww:
I don't know how to teach someone how to use pencils... actually, I've never been taught it myself. I guess practise will improve skills ^^! But if you want a tip: Try to avoid smudging graphite pencils wherever you can... In my opinion, too many people do that, but pencils aren't made for smudging and most if the times it doesn't look pretty at all... But well, that's the only thing I can think of so far ;). Feel free to ask if you have questions, though, I'll do my best to try and answer them ^^!

This is awesome-I especially love his neck and collarbone, as weird as it sounds. They look so defined.
